Eternal Surge is about inspiring people to pursue their dreams and to never give up, to believe in themselves, and bringing people together with the love of music and the power of the positive energy that it creates.
It is also about standing up for yourself and not letting corrupt, opinionated people bring you down. About not putting up with interference or judgemental negative people and their opinions being enforced on your lives, and not letting anyone hinder you or interfere with your goals, your dreams, and your life.

My name is Joe McGough, a 34-year old male living in Long Island, New York. I have been working on electronic music production for a few years now, and have decided to pursue a serious career as a techno artist.
I have a wide range of musical influences from various genres of techno, hip-hop and rap, rock and metal, and more. I write, produce, and arrange all of my music. While I don't have any formal musical training, I have been working on my songwriting and production skills on a near daily basis over the last few years, and am always striving to improve everything and create new sounds and interesting beats. I have thousands of hours invested into my music, and the best still yet to come..

What equipment do you use?
The songs I have released are created in Ableton Live Lite and with an iPad. I also used a bit of FXpansion Geist and free plug-ins. I have acquired some new gear for writing and performance, but the setup is not yet complete. Especially as far as software goes.
