My name is Joe McGough, a 34-year old male living in Long Island, New York. I have been working on electronic music production for a few years now, and have decided to pursue a serious career as a techno artist.
I have a wide range of musical influences from various genres of techno, hip-hop and rap, rock and metal, and more. I write, produce, and arrange all of my music. While I don't have any formal musical training, I have been working on my songwriting and production skills on a near daily basis over the last few years, and am always striving to improve everything and create new sounds and interesting beats. The songs I have released are created in Ableton Live Lite and with an iPad. I also used a bit of FXpansion Geist and free plug-ins. I have acquired some new gear for writing and performance, but the setup is not yet complete. Especially as far as software goes.
