Started music with dreams of becoming a rapper after being inspired by rappers like DMX, Jay Z, 2pac, Chamillionaire, T.I etc. During that time we found it hard to find studios to record so we decided to create our own studio. It took 3 years to built so it was difficult but we managed. Though instead we decided to provide for the upcoming rappers who are in the situation we were in an opportunity to record high quality music and get beats on affordable prices as a move to grow the hip-hop genre in our region.
The beat making journey has paved a way for a sound that we call G trap, which is trap with emotional angry hardcore elements, check them out, they are labeled (GT).Have you performed in front of an audience?Never performed in front of a crowd, I spend most of my time in the studio making beats, Recording artists and sometimes teaching rap.
Your musical influences
The first hip-hop cassette I got was "flesh of my flesh" by DMX and that was in 2003 he became my greatest inspiration, my his soul rest in peace & up to now I still listen to the dog. From there that's when I began to listen to more rappers Dr Dre and DJ Drama inspired the producer in me. Was in love with the gangster grills.What equipment do you use?
On the software side I use MPC beats and Ableton live, on the hardware side I use the akai Mpk mini and the presonus atomAnything else?
