Band/artist history
I started making music after seeing my father and his music group, OCMC, work and grow. Around 6th grade, my cousin and I made a group called RNS, and we were able to make 1 CD. After that, I took a break, focused on school and ball then during my senior year of college I got back into music. Recording in my closet in my dorm through my phone was the start of it all.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I haven't performed live yet, but I do "Rehearse" my music for about 1 1/2 hours to my self. I just try to work on stage presence and create organic choreography to my music.
Your musical influences
My biggest inspiration is XXXTentation, along with Michael Jackson, Chris Brown, PartyNextDoor, TheWeeknd, Jhene Aiko, IamSu!, Brockhampton, Drake, Erykah Badu, Mila J, and sounds and influences from 90s R&B music.
What equipment do you use?
Currently, I only use my iPhone, the headphones that come with an audio jack for my phone, and the BandLab app where I record, mix and master all my music.
Anything else?
As you listen to each track my goal is to take you on a journey through the frequencies and lyrics, influencing each listener to live in their inner flow and motivate them to freely express themselves. Every day is a step of growth, and the grind will never stop no matter where the evolution of Elisiax!
