Founded by Oregon born lyricist Ridik Emcee, The East Midlands Beats Company seeks to provide affordable and inspiring instrumentals for rappers, singers, filmmakers, radio DJs, and creatives from all walks of life. Based in the heart of the trendy and artistically inclined Leicester, England, E.M.B.C. seeks to promote and inspire great new music, and help those who need it most in the local area along the way!
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Ridik Emcee himself performs regularly in Leicester and the nearby area. The beats however, are for you to take to the stage and make them shine!
Your musical influences
Production: Daddy X, Mike E Clark, Necro, Stoupe The Enemy of Mankind, DJ Nappa (Phi Life Cypher, if you dont knooowwww!) Other influences are vintage and contemporary films with strange and unusual sounds. Horror and fantasy movies. Soul and blues records of all sorts. Top of the pops sounding vibes. Lo-FI.
