Well, I started producing about 12 years ago when my then girlfriend bought her first laptop for her schooling. I knew even BEFORE she bought it that I wanted to dive into music but I have NO idea how to do it. I am definitely self taught I have taken time to study my program and understand the ins and outs of it. I put my emotions, my experiences, my lessons, EVERYTHING that I've been through reflects through my music. This ain't just a hobby for me, it's my LIFE!
I have had two performances in my whole life. Not that i don't want to perform I just hadn't had the proper opportunities. My first performance was when Young Jeezy brought his label CTE to my hometown for a competition type deal. It was in my VERY begining stages of music so I didn't really know what I was doing lol my second was a performance for my cousin. He and his wife was throwing a community even and asked me to perform now THAT one was actually quite well and I really enjoyed it.
J Cole as an artist is my inspiration and those in his genre of lyricism.
I currently use FL Studio 12. I have a 25 key midi keyboard and a centerpiece with about 5-6 speakers. But I am DEFINITELY going to be upgrading lol
