Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Noel "EL" Garcia & Ricky "Lay" Lay created a group called Southern Mentality in respect of Ian "Southern Intelligence" Ferro (a close friend) that passed away on Feb. 9, 2005. Representing Jacksonville Florida, the two asian-american rappers decided to hold down his thrown and carry the torch that was passed down upon them. Rest in peace Ian Ralph Ferro.
