Growing up in church with a musical father, I had to learn to play something. So, I learned how to play drums the best, although I do play a little keys and bass guitar. Then later in my teen years, I started getting into layering tracks to make music on an old keyboard my dad used. I eventually got some friends to rap over my beats. They loved my music, and started calling me "DruDeadly," because they would say I was "...deadly on them beats." I kept it ever since.
