Dreamseed consists of vocalist, guitarist, and keyboard virtuoso Josh Sturgill, drummer and percussionist Dave O'Donnell, vocalist, bassist, and all-around clutch/utility player Brian Sawyer, vocalist, bassist, and chronicly late Stash Rote, and songwriter guitarist Scott Watson. Paul Pernak, Eric Cunnannan, Dave Pace, and Tom Carter have also contributed their talents throughout the years. Although primarily focusing on original material, Dreamseed was also known to cover a wide variety of covers from groups such as Rush, Pink Floyd, Dream Theater, Metallica, Black Sabbath, and Alice in Chains.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
One of the funniest moments that the band had was when we were playing La Villa Strangliano by Rush and the stage broke open knocking Josh to the ground on his rear. Scott without missing a beat immediately fell to the floor soon followed by Brian Sawyer. The remainder of the song was played while sitting on our tails and laughing them off.
Your musical influences
If you like Metallica, Rush, Pink Floyd, Dream Theater, Queensryche, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Ozzy Osbourne, Van Halen, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, and Alice in Chains you may also like Dreamseed.
What equipment do you use?
Our list of equipment is very long and unfortunately very heavy. Numerous racks of precessing gear, a giant double drum set with full cage, too many speakers, dozens of guitars and keyboards, and all of the cables, stands, and all of the miscellaneous debris that goes with making us sound the way we want.
Anything else?

Great songs, great sound, especially love the quality of the recording of Malice and Theater of Processes. New favorite song for my iPod!
