been singing for over 10 years now..started out with my Father's band years ago,and never looked back..I'm just doing what I love. if you like good traditional country music.. you'll love the music I write and record.. Just finished recording my second album.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
"DONNIE ROBERSON" Donnie Roberson is a native of Sylacauga, Alabama. Donnie got his start in music from his father and his band " The Duck Miller and The Travelers". Donnie is a outstanding and talented songwriter. He has written more than a hundred songs and three of his original songs are on his new album. Donnie is affiliated with B.M.I. songwriters. Some of the legendary artist that Donnie looks up to are Hank Williams, Sr., Vern Gosdin, Keith Whitley, and George Strait. Donnie has performed with many talented and well known bands in and around his hometown. Recently he has been seen in Nashville, Tennessee working with non other than Faron Young's son Trey Young and the very talented Diane Berry. Donnie has performed at: The Alabama Show Place, Anniston, Alabama, The Tarvern, Sylacauga,Alabama,The Wrangler in Talladega Alabama, Billy Bob's, Ft. Worth, Texas, Wild Bills, Atlanta, Georgia and John A's, Nashville, Tennessee. Donnie recently recorded his second CD in Music City, Nashville, Tennessee.
