Hello Everyone, My name is Dominique Desiree Holloway. I was born on May 15, 1985 in Little Rock, Arkansas. I grew up singing. Whether it was around the house, in school, church or just playing around with friends. I always looked to sing songs by Babyface, Mariah Carey, Janet Jackson, etc... They are some of my favorites. I attended the performing arts Junior High school and the Performing Arts High school, in Little Rock, Arkansas. And now I am about to finish my college degree in Vocal Performance, with a Minor in Theater Dance. I am classically trained but I have this thing for funky pop and ballads that I have to release. So I am doing something about it right now.!!! At this moment, I write, arrange, compose and record my own songs. And sometimes I write music with my brother and my really good friend Eddy. Eddy I love you!!!! Your the sweetiest!Have you performed in front of an audience?Yes I could play live, but I don't at the moment. Communicating with your audience is a very important thing.
Your musical influences
I love Motown's stylish sound. I love Michael Jackson so much! His charisma is fantastic! I love Janet, and her dancing style is unlike her brothers and she is wonderful as well. I love to hear Mariah Carey's old music, when it was so touching and her voice was fresh and new.What equipment do you use?
I use the music software Sonar 6, a computer, my keyboard/piano, and my musical mind.Anything else?
Music is my life. I have done nothing else but music, and I consider that a gift. Once more... Music is my life and I love it!!!!
