Whats the deal soundclickers?? its ya boy DJ Scissorhandz aka Flipstaxx. Ive been makin beats for as long as i can remember. I am a solo artist but also work on collaborations with other artists from time to time. I have produced several underground artists demos and mixtapes and hope to have my own studio, or work for a major label someday. I am currently attending Westchester Community College in Valhalla New York to pursue my Audio Engineering Degree. I plan on Producing my own solo album/ demo where i will be Rapping over.
I have a very unique style. Some people think my music is very dark and others think it is simply hardcore. I grew up listening to many different types of music and try to incorporate all of them into my music. My music is a mix of Rap/ Rock/ Techno and classical. Ive got that New York feel with a twist of the West Coast and the South. If your lookin for Original Harcore beats and your looking for a style nobody has ever heard before. your at the right place.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Ive played live a few times. Not really any big venues but Talent shows in High School and College. I am pretty much locked in the studio.
