Destiny Oz

Destiny Band Oz is Australian singer-songwriter duo Thomas & Tessa Libreri's own band. They first released their original music to radio only last year (2017) and have been blessed with great independent chart successes with all of their releases so far including many awards and nominations.

Tasmanian audiences have been especially receptive to Destiny's music with 5 number 1 songs and sustained presence on the official chart since June 2017 Their song, 'The Thing I Like Best About You' written sung and lead guitar by Thomas Libreri, released in June 2017 was awarded the Overall #1 Song of Year in Tasmania! Destiny's songs have also had sustained chart success (mostly Top 5 or Top 10) in the Australian Country Tracks chart and top 10 Internationally.

Destiny has recorded 2 albums and an EP of original music; ('Take Me Back in Time', 'Makin Music' and 'From the Heart') with another album called 'Changes' set for release later in 2018.

'Put on a Good INVALID , composed by Thomas Libreri and sung by Tessa Libreri is a fun, upbeat song. The song called 'Streets of Old Kilsyth' is a finalist for the Australian Independent Country Music Song of the Year which is announced at Tamworth and the Tasmanian Independent Country Music Awards Oct 18) and a nominee for Song of the Year in the Josie Music Awards Sep 18! A testament that Destiny is always wanting to put on a 'good INVALID for their audiences!
