Demdizzle
The name Demdizzle came about 6 years ago when I first made my Instagram, @demdizzle. Demdizzle just stuck, so I use it for everything, it's catchy and clever since my name first name is Demi. Many people have even come to call me by Demdizzle, so I have to keep it alive. So with that being said, Demdizzle is my producer name, and when you hear it anywhere, just know that's me.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I've been producing for about 8 years now, beginning back when I was in middle school. I've always had music in my soul so when I first got my Yamaha keyboard I started experimenting with the built-in sound kits. From then on out, I started making beats with free apps on my iPad, then recently I transferred to my Mac and that is where I am today. I realized that producing is what I want to do, so I'm here to make my dreams come true.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I've never performed in front of an audience to produce/dj, but I have auditioned for the X factor before. Before producing, I wanted to sing, that didn't work out so now I'm staying behind the scenes.
Your musical influences
My musical influences began in the church. I sang in the choir for a while, then I learned the piano and after that is when I found my love for producing. My favorite artists who influenced me are Beyonce, Usher and Chris Brown.
