Delayna aka Della, has been singing since she learned how to talk and hasn’t stopped yet. She felt too shy for the spotlight as a child and could only be heard by close friends and family. After several years, she managed to overcome her shyness and is now embracing her passion and dreams of music. Della began recording on a professional level at age 16, although none of the finished material had been released. She’s from a small town in Louisiana named Walker. Della is proud of where she comes from and embraces the culture of a little town. She is very versatile in her style, she can do everything from rap, hip-hop and RnB, to alternative and more. The 40’s era is by far her favorite genre. She loves to change it up and keep the listener interested. Her influences in music have been, Akon, Bruno Mars, Etta James, Nina Sumone, Colbe Calliat, Alicia Keys and many more. Della definitely brings an entire new dimension to the City House Records team.
