David William is based out of Cincinnati Ohio,runs the R.ebel A.gainst M.usic cdr/tape label and creates atmospheric,ambient,and violent experimental compositions. He also played drums in Cincinnati punk faves Meeoow Motherfucker and produced the Infotube project. David was also part os such acts as Skywatch Transit, Cabatolf, Aisa, Har-Dek,David William Confidential, Channel 19,etc. William employs such items as a nebulizer, remington electric shaver, hand massager, old cymbals, contact mics, field recordings( on mini-disc),guitar, snares,effects pedals,etc.Band/artist history
David has been playing music for about 20 years now. He has been doing his DW project now for about 8 years.Have you performed in front of an audience?yes as often as possible. Local places like the Southgate House,Art Damage and Habanero.

Otis Redding, Fennesz, Fe-mail, Double Leopards, Willie Nelson, Mr.Natural, Young Bleed, Riley Puckett, Phillip Jeck, Radiohead,William Basinski,Slayer, Tore Boe, the sound of buses,lawnmowers,people talking,cellphones,religion, etc.What equipment do you use?
keyboards, turntables, effects pedals, contact mics w/homemade "soundboard", samplers, kids drum machine(modified), bells, train whistle, mini disc recorder(for field recordings), homemade sounds, boomwhackers, kids toys, etc.Anything else?
also the home of R.ebel A.gainst M.usic.a home based, d.i.y label that uses minimum packaging and art(and minimum amount of MONEY when possible).we do both cassette releases(using "recycled" items)and cdr releases.please contact us for more info or for trades.
