I'm a singer/songwriter, & it's my passion. My music crosses many genres, which keeps it from becoming repetitive and boring, but it's folk-jazz-blues-rock. In my recordings I play all of the instruments (with an occasional guest star) and sing all of the vocals (with an occasional guest star). Paul Simon, Beatles, James Taylor, Steve Goodman, Arlo Guthrie were the guys I grew up with. My songwriting starts with the lyrics usually, and the words suggest the tune and tone of the song. Songs tend not to be hard-edged, angry and loud; they are more melodic and...musical!What equipment do you use?
