Blue Wires Blue Wires

Another tune from my upcoming release "Fuse Box". This one is a triplet feel, jazz-blues tune with a lonesome muted trumpet melody played in unison with guitar.

High Tension High Tension

A high energy, fusion track inspired by the keyboard style of Joe Zawinul from Weather Report

A new song from my upcoming fusion album called Fuse Box. This one features fretless bass for the melody.

Because of You Because of You

An obvious nod to Hope You're Feeling Better from Abraxas. Gregg Rolie was a huge part of the Santana sound from the 70s.

Illusions Illusions

A dreamy Latin rock blues in E minor.

Classic Rock

El Vuelo de la Paloma El Vuelo de la Paloma

There was always at least one Latin jam track on every Santana album. This is my offering. I also wanted to contrast the hard edge of "The Raven" with a tune that expressed more hope and joy.

Classic Rock

Picture for song 'Lacandona' by artist 'Daniel LeSaux'

Lacandona Lacandona

Lacandona is the name of the Mexican rain forest. This fiery tune evokes the sights and sounds of this mystical place where beauty and danger coexist.

Classic Rock

Mi Angel Mi Luz Mi Angel Mi Luz

A passionate Latin pop tune in the tradition of Carlos Santana's instrumental music that made him famous!

Classic Rock

Picture for song 'Odd Man Out' by artist 'Daniel LeSaux'

Odd Man Out Odd Man Out

A jazzy, Latin tune in 7/8 time which is why I called it "Odd Man Out". Adding percussion over an odd time signature makes this tune swing. This and other tunes from the album are gaining popularity on these charts!

Classic Rock

Ven Baila Conmigo Ven Baila Conmigo

This is a Montuno style dance number with a nice guitar hook played over the piano and organ parts.

Classic Rock

The Raven The Raven

Inspired by Afro-Latin rhythms, this tune's haunting bass line should transport you into a world of percussion and stinging guitar jabs.

Classic Rock

Awakening Awakening

A hard driving Latin rock tune in the spirit of early Santana

Classic Rock

Fruta de Pasion Fruta de Pasion

A bouncy little ballad that should make you want to get up and dance!

Classic Rock

Gallium Gallium

This tune is mostly in 7/4 time and uses an Oberheim for the intro.

Progressive Rock

Picture for song 'Argon - Osmium' by artist 'Daniel LeSaux'

Argon - Osmium Argon - Osmium

The airy first section is my Cort G254 played over multiple synth pads. The second section section is a driving prog-metal tune with a guitar / synth melody played over a chunk guitar riff.

Progressive Rock

Boron Boron

If you listen carefully, you'll notice the middle riff section has a repeating motif that I shift by a sixteenth note every eight bars.

Progressive Rock

Cadmium Cadmium

Picture for song 'Oxygen' by artist 'Daniel LeSaux'

Oxygen Oxygen

The album needed a break from the heavy guitars and keyboards, so I decided to include an "airy" composition (thus the name). If you're paying attention, the intro in Argon - Osmium is also a lighter sound, which is why I named it after a gas.
