Dan Van is a singer songwriter from St. Paul heavily influenced by an early education in jazz music and composition. Dan Van attended McNally Smith college of music and graduated from the guitar performance program in 2005. Dan Van was also a member of "Ohm of Omega", an original rock foursome from the Twin Cities.

Dan has been playing music for most of his life. He started singing at an early age, moved on to Saxophone and the study of swing jazz. After becoming enthralled with the study of music theory in grade school Dan picked up the guitar and has had a hard time putting it down. In recent years he has picked up the Ukulele as his main instrument and is also learning Didgeridoo.Have you performed in front of an audience?I played live shows with my band Ohm of Omega, I am also working on putting together some solo gigs. There is nothing better in the world than playing for people.
