Crawling out of the mean streets of Old Harbour Bay and The Bronx, D-TECK exploded onto the hip-hop scene in 2004 with his hit, CAN'T STOP WON'T STOP featuring Christopher ‘Spida" Boswell of the Refugee Camp and now Konvict Muzik . He later crosses path with Damain ‘Cryptic’ Gray where they, hit the scene UNIVERSITY OF THE WEST INDIES scene with STAY STRAP and Tell Me (the U.W.I girls dem song) which combines D-TECK's hard-hitting lyrics with nostalgic beats from Richie Loops of Dumstruck Gal-A-Rush Records in Old Harbour to produce singles full of hard street hits. With standout tracks like "WATCH YOUR STEP," look for D-TECK AND CRYPTIC to be a major leader in the dancehall and hip-hop landscape for years to come.
