DJ SpeakersparX has been in production for ten years. He works with the independent record label Badd Seed Entertainment alongside Super Producer Nick Chrisinger and currently resides as Executive Producer. The humble beginnings of Badd Seed would lead SpeakersparX to Phoenix AZ where he would train at the Conservatory of Recording Arts and Sciences. Welcome to the page.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
We've been producing tracks for a long time. Just bought a PA so hopefully our live performances will start to flourish.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Did an amazing two song demo show at a hick bar in Wisconsin. The crowd went bananas. It was our first live performance so we were like whoa, maybe this could work.
Your musical influences
Billboard Hot 100 and it's history as well as digging throughout the crates at record stores. Other DJs, rap, r&b, funk, hard rock/metal, jazz, all the indy artists I engineered.
What equipment do you use?
Pro Tools, AKG, Technics 1200mkII, SP-808, boss, Sony acid, reason, Cerwin-Vega.
