NON-EXCLUSIVE LEASING AGREEMENT
Leasing Terms/Conditions, Policies & General Information
Leasing rights grant you permission to use the instrumental MP3 or WAV version of the track for LIMITED purposes. Leasing is a great option if you are planning to use the track for any of the following: Mix tapes, Demos, Local Radio, Shows/ Performances, and Promotion. You are LIMITED to only 2,000 unit sales with sales. If you think you will have a higher volume of sales, it is suggested that you purchase the Exclusive Rights. The overall time span of youre allowed profitable distributions is 2 years. You CANNOT alter the beat in any shape or form. Instrumentals will be sent to e-mail once payment and contract agreement is received.

Exclusive Terms/Conditions, Policies & General Information
Exclusive Rights grants you the permission to use the MP3 or WAV version of the track for EXCLUSIVE purposes. You will be granted unlimited commercial recordings and broadcasts. Buyer has distribution, performance and radio rights as long as they adhere to the following restrictions. Buyer understands that the rights that are being granted to the Buyer in this Agreement are exclusive and that the Seller will have the no authority and no right to issue other parties the right to use the Original Instrumental Composition that is being licensed in this agreement. The ownership of this beat and or beats are now yours, however you CANNOT sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, remix, rearrange, remove any melodies, instruments, or drum programming without discussing so with the producer first.
Buyer can sell, lease or license any compositions with vocals as a finished product to any user without notice to the Seller.
Buyer must supply the Producer with at least 1 copy of each final recording made using the Producer's Music. In the event the finished product is receiving radio spins on national or international radio stations the seller can request one or more copies of the finished recording.
I may no longer lease or sell the beat(s) except for prior leasing rights holders and my own promotional page (downloads are disabled). Instrumentals will be sent to e-mail once payment and contract agreement is received.
