From D.C. beginnings to Tennessee roots, his journeys been laced with struggle: homelessness, incarceration, and even surviving a coma. Yet through it all, hes emerged with bars that bite and wisdom that heals. Drawing from the DNA of Nas, Big L, Kendrick, and Cole, Pockets brings that golden-era grit with a modern-day mirror. A student of hip-hops core and a maestro with the MPC, hes the producer, engineer, and visionary co-founder who helps sculpt GTPIs sound into something timeless. Hes not just mixing trackshes mixing history, soul, and intention.
Rooted in authenticity, Greens mission is clear: to restore the spirit of conscious hip-hop. Through GTPI (Guilty 'Til Proven Innocent), he and Pockets aim to awaken minds, honor Black history, and bring old-school heads and new listeners into a shared space of reflection and resistance.
