Chrystal Swanson is an artist originally from Cape Town and has been in the music industry for over 4 years. She was born in a musical family and therefore the love for music came naturally.
Her first CD titled: I turn to You was launched in Empangeni Durban in 2005.
What is outstanding about her is the fact that she writes and produces songs of exceptional quality and undoubtedly inspired by God.
Her testimony
What lead to Chrystals singing career was the fact that she went through a situation that drew her closer to God and lead her to be fully dependent on her Maker. In her time of difficulty, the Lord inspired her through the Holy Spirit to write these songs. Today, many people who find themselves in a similar situation are being encouraged through Chrystal ministering her testimony in song. Her testimony verse is found in Psalm 30: For You have turned my mourning into dancing. You have removed the sackcloth and You have clothed me with gladness, therefore my glory shall sing Your praise
She returned to Cape Town three years ago and her music has just boomed from strength to strength. All over Cape Town people contact us to invite her to perform at concerts, fundraisers and to minister at different churches.
She is currently a member of the Rhema Bible Church in Brackenfell, Cape Town where her ministry is supported by the leadership as well as the rest of the congregation.
