Band/artist history
I started my musical journey as a singer. The need for exclusive instrumentals for my recordings led me to the world of beatmaking. Inspired by the producer and singer "Santaflow," I began creating my own beats. I've been making beats for approximately 10 years, but I started taking it more seriously about 5 years ago. My dedication and passion for music production have brought me to where I am today.
Have you performed in front of an audience?
I haven't had the opportunity to perform live yet. My focus has primarily been on producing high-quality instrumentals and collaborating with artists. While I look forward to live performances in the future, my current efforts are dedicated to perfecting my craft in the studio.
Your musical influences
My influences are deeply rooted in genres like reggaeton, hip-hop, trap, dancehall, and reggae. The producer and singer Santaflow has been a significant inspiration in my journey. His work has motivated me to push boundaries and explore new creative avenues in my beatmaking.
What equipment do you use?
The heart of my productions is my DAW called "Waveform" by Tracktion. I rely heavily on free plugins from Analog Obsession, plugins from Baby Audio, and the native plugins within my DAW. This setup allows me to create high-quality instrumentals that stand out in the competitive music scene.
Anything else?
One unique aspect of my creative process is that I like to start balancing my sounds from the beginning of the production, ensuring everything is in its place from the get-go. Recently, I had the honor of working on several instrumentals for the LP "Benditos Fracasos, Benditos Comienzos" by MS Dayon, a rapper from Ciudad Juárez, Mexico. The gratitude I received for my work on this project is a significant milestone in my career.
