Legacy was born and raised in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. With music being his first love, South Florida didnt know what they had coming. By taking a glance into Legacys life, it is clear that with his skills, ambition, and dedication, he will become one of the most talented artists leaving his mark on the world. Legacy is young with sort of an old spirit. He grew up listening to artists such as Al Green and Marvin Gaye, and just to name a few of his heroes. He finds his inspiration through artists such as Out-Kast, Nas, Jay-Z, N.W.A, and many more. At age sixteen Legacy discovered his art in poetry. He expanded his talents and found himself producing and writing songs which in time led him to perform his own pieces. At the age of seventeen he gave birth to his own production company called C.O.A, which stood for Center of Attention. Since then Legacy has been unstoppable despite the loss of his dear mother to cancer on April 2, 2006. Legacy was deeply affected by his loss but quickly reassured himself by vowing to never let life pass him by. In doing so he uses the memories of his mother for a source of motivation. Legacy has produced for a variety of South Floridas up and coming artists. Legacy and his team had sold out shows from South Carolina to Homestead, Fl. From the looks of things Legacy is spiraling in to the music scene with a force unheard of and an original swagger that will keep you on the edge of your seat.Contact
