Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
BruddaChuckMinistries 2007-present
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Yes I performed live quite often, and I love it! I have performed at many different locations across the state of Arkansas. Just recently I had the opportunity to perform in Detroit at the Singers and Musicains Conference, New Artist Showcase. I would say that every moment I have to minister the word of God through the vehicle of rap is a special moment for me.
Your musical influences
I have many, from hip-hop to Gospel. I listened to people like UGK, 2pac (of course), Scareface, Twista, Tilib Qwali. I also grew up listening to alot of Gospel Music, from Quartets, to Chiors, I'll name just a few: Canton Spirituals, Williams Brothers, Clark Sisters, Winans, Andre Crouch, James Clevland, Missisippi Mass Chior, Kirk Franklin, Jackson Southernaires, Mighty Clouds of Joy.
What equipment do you use?
