Broadwater Academy's "Concert Series" began in September 2008 as a monthly themed musical concert performed by its Middle and Upper School students. Started by Upper School Music Director Barbara Fakhoury, Upper School Music Coordinator Philip Simpson, Chorale President Austin Riopel and Music Promoter Clay Lewin, the "Series" is held on Friday and Saturday evenings at Broadwater's Fine Arts Center in Exmore, VA. The concerts are always free and donations are accepted to help raise money for charities, a different one every month.
