All right....seeing as how I have to put SOMETHING up here.... I've been around music my whole life. Did the requisite 10+ years of piano lessons starting in grade school and worked my way up to a little over a year in college studying music education. Well...I wound up with more of a PHD in extracurricular herbology so.... I now play for me and anyone else who cares to listen. Feel free to check out my stuff and comment on it. It's not ground breaking or earth shattering, but it's all from the heart. Nuff said.... :)
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I play live, but not as a solo act. I'm a member of the 4 piece "hippie-rock" band Crooked Creek. Love the band gig!!
Your musical influences
My biggest musical influence is now and always will be my dad. He endured many many hours of listening to my attempts at playing the piano growing up and ALWAYS encouraged me on. Now for the names... Steve Vaughan Eric Clapton Santana Peter Green CCR Neil Young Todd Thoune Robin Trower Doyle Bramhall (I and II) Roy Buchanan and probably just about everything else I've ever heard has had some effect on me.
