Bre-Bri

I've been writing parodies since the age of twelve and currently have over eighty-five parodies completed and many more planned. I have always dreamed of going pro. After failed attempts to contact "Weird Al" Yankovic, and a parody band that fell apart, I resolved to work on my own to achieve recognition. I am looking for a record label to sign me or at least a way towards professional recording, but I will need help from my future fans. If you like what you hear on this website, please send the word to your friends! Thank you.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
Well, I'm a solo artist, and generally just present with a keyboard, but a backup bands would be pretty cool - I really could use some advice as far as where to turn...
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I occasionally play live but I'm looking to play more often. I love doing it - but it's difficult to find good places to play that aren't too far in addition to getting friends to go with me. - It was pretty cool when I splashed a glass of water into the crowd - that was pretty cool...
Your musical influences
I am a HUGE fan of Weird Al, as well as Alan Sherman, and Jewish parody band Shlock Rock. I mostly do parodies of pop and rock songs from the 90s and today, but I also have a few oldies and a few originals (which I'm still working on the music for)
What equipment do you use?
Keyboard - that's about it, for now at least
Anything else?
I can also play a mean air trumpet, certain types of air guitar and other sound effects. I am also seriously working on a non-comedy music career. I've written over 50 real songs as well and am currently in the writing stage.
