Bouye Bleu is a young artist situated from out of Washington, DC. She has worked with various local artists and producers. She composes and writes to R&B, GoGo, neo-soul, hip-hop, country, and others. She brings a fresh new innovative energy to the industry. She has been known to play the keys, sax and various other instruments. Bouye Bleu writes, composes, and sings a lot of her music and is busying as of right now putting together new songs to seduce her fans. People who have influenced me and will hopefully reflect in my music are Phyllis Hyman, Marvin Gaye, Linkin Park, Gladys Knight, Aretha Franklin, Patti Labelle, the Isley Brothers, Chaka Khan, the Ohio Players, Kelis, Charles Wright, Isaac Hayes, Barry White, and many many others I have yet to name. I have a few contemporary influences like Sade, Maxwell, LP, R Kelly, Alicia Keys, and so on.
