Blythe
Formerly known as IDIOM, or IDIOM-music, Blythe manufactures music for the head cinema. Formerly a singer/songwriter, and becoming annoyed at the attitude of the music industry, Independant or otherwise, he gave up for several years before opening a new venture into the world of Ambient music and chilled sonic journeys.
Born in England, and moving around the globe from Spain to Austria, over to Kansas, USA and back again, life experience sits as a template for all his music.
Only the best music leaves me with the feeling like I've been on a journey to someplace I've never been. This surely qualifies. Subtle, thoughtful, tonally sophisticated, intelligently conjoured.... All I can say, finally, is: Wow!-
Jims Artificial Earth
A delight for overworked ears.

The beats and bass are working so nicely, the music just floats over beautifully. each note and phrase is in harmony with the song which fascinates me in itself.-

Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
I'm a computer musician who's quite happy sitting in a darkened room. So no, don't play live.
