This is where I put on my song ideas, finished or unfinished it's a work in progress. I play drums and singing backing vocals in a band called Liz Arcane and the White Lightning, however I also try my hand a writing my own stuff.Band/artist history
I've played with a few bands, Former utopia, Carelessness Causes Fire, The Balloon Animals.
Now I play drums for Liz Arcane and the White Lightning, we gig regularly around London at some top venues like Bar Rhumba and The Metro (which has sadly closed) and we are due to record an E.P very soon. Our sound and image is Rock Cabaret, with a fusion sound of jazz, blues and rock.
My own stuff is mostly acoustic however, i'm aiming to record the songs and play all the instruments myself....when I have time. At the moment the songs I am putting on this site are a W.I.P and there is room for much development.Have you performed in front of an audience?I have played live with my other band Electric Sunday and when we have the time we get together and jam...If only there were more hours in the day!
Your musical influences
My main influences come from the nineties and are quite eclectic. I grew up listening to Michael Jackson and Queen and then Nirvana, Neds Atomic Dustbin, Carter USM, P.J Harvey, The Cure, Blondie, Faith No More, various jazz music, Primal Scream and The Clash many more...I also love swing and reggae music...What equipment do you use?

Neat unique well done, the pace of this song, in particular that part My LIfe My LIfe works particualarly well.Now this is something. That little riff there grabbed me. Great song!It is very very pretty I agree.Its pretty tough to record live, especially when you have a band. But while I would have liked it to be clearer I get the feel of this song. really nice song.All comments (27)
