Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I began writing at the age of probably 8 years old. I had a stepfather who was and still is, a DJ in L.A and he worked at a Male/Female exotic club and did parties, but he blasted his Hip Hop music all night once he got home making tapes and I don't ever remember him skiping a night. So by me hearing this loud music in my sleep, I knew every song word for word. His brothers, my uncles also are known underground Hip Hop artist, so they would have nights where they played an instrumental and the kids (the boys) would join the rap session and everybody would be goin crazy because they were all in elementary school, myself also, rappin like them. They only recently learned that I could rap at all let alone write complete songs to the point of a book shelf full of notebooks. I still don't think they've heard me before though (she laughs).
Your musical influences
DJ TROOO, Pac, Left Eye, Cannibus, Eminem, Quick, Suga Free, Bad Lucc, Paper Boy, (my rele) Threat, The Hip Hop Klan, L.A Khul, Terodactyl, Shawna, Luke, and thats not all but only Hip Hop.
What equipment do you use?
Brain, Paper, and Pen or Pencil. Preferably Pen.
