Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
I started off as a intern for a record label called LA confidential, and learn a lot from CEO at the time David Mansfield on how to manage artist and take them to the top. I moved up and became his executive assistant, and then eventually became tour manager for artist Nocturnal, who had various hits with DJ Quick, Dr Dre, Missy Elliot, Ice cube and many other urban artist.

I learn from icons like Dr Dre, Jay-z, Sean P-Diddy Combs, Russell Simmons, Kevin Lisle.
