Grants full artistic and legislative rights to a beat with no sales cap and unlimited use on any profitable medium, royalty free. You will be the sole owner of the beat. Upon purchase, you will receive a fully tracked out copy of the beat in high quality WAV format via Zip File Download (data DVD sent via mail on request requires additional shipping & handling charge). You may edit these track lines as you see fit. This will be sent to you along with a contract stating your ownership. Under no circumstances may the beat be re-sold. The exclusive purchase agreement requires production credit to be given (eg. produced by Donald "L-Biz" Foreman for BizZillionaire Beats) upon usage of the composition.

Non-Exclusive License/Lease ($9.99)

Grants limited artistic and legislative rights to a beat for one single profitable purpose on any medium (e.g. mixtape, single), with a circulation of up to 5000 units. If this cut-off point is reached a further leasing agreement or a re-negotiation for exclusive rights can be made. A beat may be leased to more than one person & will include a producer tag. Upon purchase, you will receive a copy of the beat in MP3 format as an electronic download link. Bulking leasing is available. Rules of the leasing agreement require production credit to be given (eg. produced by Donald "L-Biz" Foreman for BizZillionaire Beats) upon usage of the composition.
