Leases (3000 copies)-$25
Leases allow for a maximum of 3000 profitable copies (via album, internet download, etc) after which another lease or exclusive rights must be bought to continue selling the song. Leasing does not give you full ownership of the beat. With a lease, the buyer will be sent the original HQ versions of the beat in MP3 and WAV format, as well as a contract stating their ownership of the beat lease.
Exclusive Rights- $150-300
Exclusive Rights gives the buyer full rights to the beat, meaning it is no longer property of Big Hamton Productions. The buyer will be sent the original HQ versions of the beat in MP3 and WAV format, the tracked out version of the beat in HQ WAV, and a contract stating their full ownership of the beat.
