Yo whats good people. Allow me to introduce myself, I'm B-Luv, but some of you might know me more personally as Brent Schultz. I'm a Hip-Hop producer that was born and raised in the great city of Madison, Wisconsin. I started producing music after I graduated High School in 2003.
Ive always loved music no matter what age I was, but like most people, I was always limited to what was played on the radio or television, until that all changed when I met a good friend of mine, and was introduced to the Wu-Tang Clan, I instantly fell in love with the raw lyrics and grittiness that they brought to the table. From that point on, it opened a whole other world to me known as Hip-Hop, raw, unfiltered, beautiful Hip-Hop, and I was an avid listener and follower ever since then.
As I became more and more engaged with Hip-Hop, I noticed something about myself. Whenever I would listen to music, the first thing I paid attention to was the beat, and there was nothing I loved more, than a good beat. I know the lyrics are what matters most in Hip-Hop, but I couldn't help myself, if i didn't like the beat, I probably wouldn't like the song.
As a Hip-Hop follower, I had plenty of friends that also loved Hip-Hop, and many of them were aspiring emcees, and very talented at that. I always wanted to be more involved in Hip-Hop like they were, but I realized I didn't have the voice or flow to be a good emcee. So while they flowed away, I just listened and enjoyed the talent I was surrounded by.
Like most people in High School, I had no clue who I was, or what I wanted to be, and College was the obvious option, but since I had no clue what I wanted to go to College for, I decided not to go, and just get a job and try to figure things out from there. At the time I didn't realize it, but I did end up figuring it out that Summer. I realized how many talented emcees Madison had, and how my love for beats went deeper than just listening to them. I found out how to get more involved, and that was by Producing.
So ever since then, Ive been working on my craft, learning as much as I could, and always trying to get better. This wasn't like all my other hobbies I ended up getting sick of, this was different, this time it stuck, and became more than just a hobby. Once I realized how good I could be, and how much fulfillment I got from making beats, I became dedicated, and Ive never slowed down since then.Band/artist history
The first album I produced was WhiteMask's "Chemically Imbalanced". I also co-produced 608 Clyck's "Tha Hangover" and I've worked with many great artists like K.I.N.G. Kronos, Killa Kal, Verbal Architect, WhiteMask, B.I.N.X., Dannayo uh Moon, Artillery and many more to come.Have you performed in front of an audience?I don't play live, I never got into DJing, at least not yet. So far I don't have any special moments other than the self satisfaction of making a good beat I'm proud of. But hopefully I got a lot of special moments coming in the near future.

Since I had to sell most of my equipment from being broke as a joke, I just got my computer and a pair of KRK Rokit 5 Monitors right now. But I wont make that same mistake twice, I will be adding more equipment shortly.Anything else?
I'm happy to report that I'm currently working on my debut album, due out in 2009. I'll be working with a lot of great artists and I will be putting my blood, sweat and tears into making this the best album I can, so look out for that, I'll keep y'all updated.
