João Paulo, known as Asap Forget, is a Brazilian rapper, producer, and beatmaker. He began his career in 2010 by remixing random songs. After a few years, he started rapping in 2013 and released his first song, Mundo lixo, in 2015. Asap Forget was not his first stage name. Previous stage names include PAULOSILVER, Jscottsilver, Mr.plow, xmonkeyx, and, lastly, Lil Mozart. After a long journey, he decided that his stage name would be Asap Forget. His biggest inspirations for making music are American rappers Jay-Z, Kanye West, Juice Wrld, A$AP Rocky, $not, Trippie Redd, among others. Asap Forget aims to incorporate contemporary music styles to create music in a unique way, drawing from his entire life. He draws significant influence from music from the 40s, 50s, and 60s.
