Approaching Violet
Approaching Violet consisted of Teresa Thomas, Len Sitnick, Terry Butler & Richard Day. We were four bored musicians w/kids, who got together a couple nights a month just to "jam". Then, people started asking us to play at various events....so for a time, we did! But after awhile, we all got busy with more kids and more family obligations, so AV is no more. But I've posted the songs here for our fans to enjoy!
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Occasionally, all or some of the band will reunite for a variety of different events. But not on a regular basis.
Your musical influences
What I loved about AV was the freedom to create our "own sound". It was great fun!
