I have been a huge admirer of Laurie Anderson, Peter, Gabriel, Brian Eno and of course Nick Rhodes. They have been heavy influences when it comes to electronic music in general. I have also been very much influenced by Pink Floyd, Kate Bush, and the ever omnipotent Helen Reddy.What equipment do you use?
Alesis Fusion 6HD, Novation X Station and Remote SL and my oh so lovely MacBook Pro.Anything else?
Rhythm and melody are important - not so much into break beating or beat boxing or nock rocking hoping and hipping or anything along those lines. However, I hear a lot of interesting things in them that I find room for in some of my work.
