Alpha Sound Resonator
While Belgian Queen Fabiola was still on her bad LSD trip, little Wil succeeded in driving his parents & brother crazy with his toy saxophone and a few years later, it even got worser with his first Yamaha synth. After receiving a terrible threatening letter from guitarscrewing neighbour Peewee W. Johnsson, both decided to kick ass and started their first rockband. Shredding the speakers with his synths, Wil soon moved on and picked up an electric bass. A dozen of bands passed by, from funky blues to psycho electro rock. Simultaneous to that episode he mixed soundscapes with his analog tapedecks. ASR is his solo project. Free & impulsive. Aijaaaa!

Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Ofcourse. Alpha Sound Resonator only plays live. The set is about 50 minutes.
Your musical influences
Quite multiversal. It all started with jazz, motown & disco. Blues and raga, gamelan music have the same meditative effect as ASR sound.
