Alex Ellsworth
Alex Ellsworth is a composer, producer, and artist living in Los Angeles. He was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Singapore. During high school, he took up an interest in guitar after he was inspired by the movie, School of Rock and has performed with multiple bands throughout Singapore. After moving to Los Angeles, he took an interest in songwriting and then film scoring after studying under the instruction of Adam Schoenberg. Two successful short films Alex scored at Occidental, Spen/Cer and The Detention Room, have won multiple awards from film festivals (ShortTake Student Film Festival and Brightside Tavern Film Fest). His recent works and ongoing projects include the theme song for Martial Arts Point Room (a martial arts YouTube show), a book trailer and four short films.
