Alan Scott
Hi,
I'm now a one man recording studio. Used to be in lots of reasonably unsuccessful bands in my time. Now I can be reasonably unsuccessful on my own.
Tell me about your history? How did you get where you are now?
No history here as the band disbanded in 79
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
Used to play live at a few venues in and around Newcastle in the 60/70s.
Those were the days of sex drugs and rock n roll.
Now its a tinkle on me keyboard, a glass of warm milk and to bed early.
Your musical influences
Jeff Lynne of ELO has probably been the biggest musical influence on me.
Ofcourse Lennon & McCartney come a close second n third.
What equipment do you use?
Nowt special here. Fender strat, Stag bass (50).Alesis SR drum synth. Takamine acoustic guitar. Digitec RP300. Yamaha PSR keyboard. And an unbelieveable little midi controller that doubles as a computer keyboard which is the Creative Prodikeys. The million dollar sound for 50 quid.
