A New Theory started April 2006, originally starting off as a four piece, recently becoming a three piece with the departure of the bass player. A New Theory's members include Nathan (Gerbs) Grebert - Guitar/Vocals; Dave (Theory) Falvey - Bass/Vocals; Andrew (Spice-Rack) Spice - Drums. A New Theory's influences are most punk bands such as Rise Against, Strike Anywhere, Old Blink 182 , Bouncing souls and Anti-Flag plus many other well known and local bands.A New theory is based around the Parramatta/Blacktown area of Sydney and have played around the area quite a few times including playing a number of times @ their local youth center Hyland Rd. A New Theory brings a high energy fun performance with serious songs about life in general and making a difference.
Have you performed live in front of an audience? Any special memories?
we play mostly at youth centres around Sydney, but our main port of call is Hyland Road, at Greystanes
