I don't know what to say about me, I have been blind most of my life but was lucky enough to be raised to live in the sighted world. I don't fit the norm for a blind person. I play drums, and video games, and raise my boy. My boy is an Eric fan, he loves all of Eric's music, he plays the c/d Eric recorded with a band he was with before Wokken Stik more than he plays our c/d. Austin is a lefty to, and wants to play guitar and sing like Eric. Before I adopted Austin I had given up on the music thing, but money got low and I decided to look for a cover band to make some money. After talking to both of us Earny set up a meeting with me and Eric and we decided to start a band, We both wish we would have got together years ago but life is strange. We have had our ups and downs but we have made it this far. I am now recovered from cancer surgery, and a bone infection after word. so that has slowed us down. I lost my eyes to cancer of the eyes when I was about 3 years old, and as a parting gift the treatment gave us a tumor that returned later, it killed alot of us, but I was lucky and made it about 34 years before I got it and was able to have it removed In 2008, I am now in a fight with more tumors that spread through my body. My band members Kevin and Eric have been great through all of this. We are wanting to record some new stuff but we haven't had the chance yet.I love playing in this band, and I love the music. Wokken Stik - Mike Hammond Tribute Page. Hi, I am William C. Duff ( Bill) I will be taking this page to another level, maybe some of you may know, my Friend Mike Hammond, the Drummer of the Wokken Stik Band. He Fought a Hard and terrible battle with Cancer, He was Brave, Never complaining But Kept his spirits up, as well as all of his friends and Fans. The remaining band members, Eric Reed and Steve Clark, were very patient, and understanding through out all of the sadness and waited in Hopes for a Miracle, Unfortunately the only miracle awaiting the band and Mike Hammond, was to Have Mike Pass away on October 28th, 2013. He then became free of his Blindness and his Cancer, He became a Whole spirit again, God has Transformed him into Guardian Angel, to further watch over and Protect his Son, Austin Hammond, (Mike was the first person in the U.S. to adopt a Child from a non Relative.) Also to Help me go forward with this Page. What once was a Page to Promote a Little Known band, and to try to seek fame and Fortune, is now a memory of an amazing man, his accomplishments and his Dream to be the Blind Drummer for a one of a Kind Rock band. He did take this band as far as he could. Please if you knew Mike Hammond, or any of the Band, maybe went to concert or two, If you have any stories and Photo's, Please Post them and tell others of your amazing adventure into the Life of my Friend and Artistic Drummer of this Amazing Band, The Band went on, it Changed its name to Restless Souls, it got another Drummer, got back an old Bass Player, when the last, Kevin Clark, decided to throw in the towel, who, the first Bass Played, Jessi Rasplaskia, who, again, Couldn't Be professional and Nearly brought down the Band again, as far as I know, Erick Reed has a 3 rd. Bass Player, I am not sure if he has the same name as he had, Restless Souls, But the Band is out there some where, Performing in Local Bars and Clubs, I Wish Eric Reed and the Band Total success, Eric is an amazing talent, He wrote most of his own songs and Plays an amazing Left handed Electric Guitar. As for Mike He is in Heaven Playing his Drums for God, I hear him often, when it Storms and the thunder Claps! Really alllsome music, I am a Fan and really good friend with the Band, at least I think so. So I try to help out when ever possible, I'm Probably more problems then I am good, but the Wokken Stik is fantastic, I hope you will enjoy the Band and hear the music, and set up gigs with this band, I have done a variety of things so far, and it has been interesting and remerable. like take pictures, Roadie, Driver, Publicity Director, Cover Artist, and what ever I can do to help this band.

Wow you guys rock, listened to a few of your tunes, and wanna say thanks for the ear candy! ;) You SHOULD be on the radio, great sounding band and productions. Great vocals, like how you write the harmonies on what I've heard so far. Take care and keep on rockin! Hey this is fun, I hope others join in the fun. The Wokken Stik Rules. Inner Treason - Remastered C.D.'s are sold out. But the Band plan on getting a new supply, and soon will be avalible threw the Band Drummer of Mike Hammond. If you want an interview for T.V. Radio, or have questions about the history of the Band. Contact threw this web sight, the Band will answer your requests. The Band hopes to have more shirts avalible, and may take orders soon. If interested. Let them know. I am working to try to get the Wokken Stik Band at the Ill. State Fair this year. And maybe in Chester, on the Second week end of September for the Popeye Picnic, this year, or in a year or so. I will keep you posted. This band is allsome and deserve publicity, if you can provide it, threw t.V. Radio or papers, it would be appreciated. Word of mouth works good too. Wokken Stik Rules. I new
