I've played guitar (drawing from blues, jazz, latin, folk, and rock, but I really dislike being tied to genres) for decades but distractions, mainly work, meant that for most of that time I made little to no progress. About 8 years ago I really began to try to improve but two years ago was diagnosed with a neurological disorder which significantly impacts my playing dexterity... I decided that it was time to start to learn jazz given that I might not be able to play much longer...
My voice - well, I'm a one-man-band and it's the best one I've got :-)
