I am a 28 year old proud father of a 5 year old daughter Named Noelle. We both love to listen to music and snuggling on the couch. I run a kitchen of 45 employees along with 4 other lead cooks all supervised by my sous Chef Christine. I have been cooking for about 13 years without any schooling. My company Northern Quest Casino is currently expanding to a 4 star Hotel and Casino so please if your ever in the northwest come visit us. We have excellent food which won 6 awards in 2006.
