Wow it's been a long time since my last post. I've changed some equipment this year. First is a new fender American special strat. I really like the sound of the specials. Took a while to get used to but now I like them. Second is a fender deville amp. All I can say is that is an awesome amp. I am now a tube amp guy through and through. The reviews were absolutely correct when they say it is loud as hell. Haha!

Well it's been a while since my last post. I have been playing and recording. The Roland amp has been given to my brother in law. I replace it with a Fender deluxe. This amp is awesome and sound great with my St. Blues guitar. Now I'm recording with an apple computer and it has taken some time to get used to the software. I like the sound reproduction and it is easier to use once I learned how.

St.Blues guitars A friend of mine in my band purchased this guitar and did not like the Tele/Les paul style. He is a Strat guy through and through. I got a good deal on it and it has been my #1 guitar ever since. This ax is so versital. It has two humbuckers and they can be tapped to singles at the pull of a nob. All of my recordings are done on my Roland vga-5 amp, clean and just a tweak on my blues driver pedal. I'm not a fan of pedals but this give me a little more punch. The sound from the pickup are awesome. The neck is very nice for strumming or roll on the volume for a nice lead sound. The bridge is very hot and is great for stinging leads and punch on the power chords. I love this guitar and recomend it to anyone who is not a die hard Strat/Tele fan.
