Im a traumatic brain injury/coma survivor. I bet my odds of 10% of living when I was in a car accident in 2002. I lost my boyfriend in that wreck and was in a 9mth coma. I cant walk or talk yet but, if I could get therapy still I could eventually. Our government cut my therapy out because I was getting better fast enough. Anyways I have a fraternal twin sister who blessed me with a beautiful niece. I lost my twin brother in a wreck at 23 yrs old in 2001 and his twin in 1980 when he drown at their great grandparents. My family has been through alot as you can read more at www.caringbridge.org/nc/andrea or www.myspace.com/shesmymiracle to name a few. I love music and the beach. Music soothes the soul and heals the body. Tim McGraw and Faith Hill's music was how my family knew I was coming out of my coma. They couldnt sing my favorite songs and I was trying to tell to shut up and not quit their day job, lol. Not knowing I was their day and night job. Whew glad they didnt quit or I may not be here now. I Have a brother who is in CA and lots of family. I love kids and helpingothers.
I donate my hair to Locks Of Love to help people who have cancer and need a wig. Donate to Tug McGraw Foundation for Brain Research and Brain Association. I visit Wounded Warriors and try to help them with Brain Injury Assoc. I try to help other families who have to go through comas and brain injuries also. I love people and try to teach others to believe in God and to never give up.
